The seasoning also takes place inside the premises, and the product is kept in a protective atmosphere to preserve it from any source of external contamination. and each one of them carries the E.E.C. registered trade mark “Mantuanella – Romangran“. The internal production cycle offers the consumer the best quality, genuinity and safety in a rare expression of product traceability concept.
