SHEEP CHEESE
What makes our production unique ? The whole manufacturing process is accurately taken care of and our animals' well-being is one of our main priorities.

Our sheep are fed with carefully selected hey and cereals; their milk is processed according to the strictest hygiene requirements.
This cheese has a unique "old-times" taste ; delicate and creamy, it is made with 80% cow milk and 20% sheep milk.

The caciotta "Misto pecora" is available year-round. Just like our whole range of products, it is appreciated for its freshness and genuinity and offers the best combination of a light and easily digestable cheese. Excellent in terms of nutritional values, we recommend it as a delicious complement for second courses.
