Hard Paste Cheese obtained by processing cow milk produced by animals fed exclusively with 100% natural ingredients, containing NO GMO. Milk is collected with two milking cycles and is partially skimmed.
The average weight of one wheel is 36 kg.
Cheese is subject to an ageing process of 18-20 months, during which the cheese matures . The crust is thick and smooth, of a bright red colour – coated with natural certified wax.
The taste is delicate and fragrant, with a sweet hint which makes our cheese unique nationwide.

As a daily nutrient in women’s diet to prevent hosteoporosis and guarantee a correct intake of calcium.
