Hard Paste Cheese obtained by processing cow milk produced by animals fed exclusively with 100% natural ingredients, containing NO GMO.

The highly selected breeds of our animals and the top breeding systems used on our facilities guarantee the quality and health of our milk.

Our Classic Mantuanella cheese is subject to an ageing process of 14-16 months, during which the cheese matures and acquires a delicate fragrance along with a sweet taste.

Mantuanella is an ideal cheese to enhance the taste of soups and first courses in general. It can be eaten cut in chunks or grated on second courses and vegetables.

Mantuanella is a healthy, genuine cheese, very nutritious and suitable for people of all ages.
