For the very fine palate we produce the Mantuanella “Riserva Nera”: home-made, according to the oldest traditions of local cheese-makers, this is a very special cheese, seasoned for 21- 24 months.
It is covered by a thick black crust, obtained by covering the wheel with special 100% natural ingredients to furtherly isolate it from external factors.
The result is a rich, wonderfully tasty cheese, with a delicious texture, which can be served on special occasions to delight even the most demanding consumers.
