Our White Crust is aged between 25 and 30 months.
This very mature cheese is appreciated by very demanding customers.
The white crust is obtained by coating the cheese with natural waxes, and the paste is particularly tasty and sharp.
The quality of the milk and the long ageing play a key role in obtaining a delightful, valuable cheese.
